You choose the perfect boat and now it's time to book it!

Once you choose a vessel, ask about getting a preliminary reservation. This reservation lasts for a week and it is not binding giving you time to organize your travel plans (buying plane tickets, etc.) and arrange everything with your crew members. If you do not confirm it in one week, it expires automatically and your boat becomes available to other customers.

When you confirm your wish to proceed towards the booking, we will send you a pro-forma invoice with the specification of charter expenses, a Charter contract along with valid General Terms & Conditions for Yacht Charter. To confirm your booking you need to make a down-payment according to the instructions written on the Pro-forma invoice. Exact dates are stated on the invoice. If you miss payment dates, we will first contact you, so no cancellation is done automatically

After your down-payment has arrived to charter's bank account, we will inform you about it and proceed with confirming the reservation. Your preliminary reservation shall be converted into a fixed booking - reservation of your selected charter yacht.

One month before your sailing holidays you will need to settle the remaining part of the charter costs. Crew list/(name and surname, date of birth, nationality and personal identification number or passport number, a copy of your skipper’s licence, mobile phone number, exact time of arrival at our base, and other details of additional services you require, such as transport from the airport, hotel reservations, etc.) must be received no later than 14 days before departure and if not received, we will contact you. We need this information so we can allow you to rent the boat.

This is also the time when we provide you with the base info, list of things to bring on a sailing trip and other useful information.

Please check your booking confirmation and all details to make sure they are correct. Bear in mind that you will need to cover port charges and vessel operating costs (water / diesel) and, in a case of Croatia, pay tourist tax in Croatia in the amount of 8kn/pax/day.
